RH Railway Consultants (PTY) Ltd and Mathote Modular Building Systems
Involved in community upliftment
R&H Railway Consultants views itself as part of the community and strive to work with the community for positive change to help create a brighter future. We believe that all businesses are built on solid foundations of good relationships with all stakeholders.
Developing the community
R&H Railway Consultants is socially involved and focuses on developing the communities surrounding the mines we work with, focusing on the children as we strongly believe they are the future of South Africa. Our involvement with Sishen Intermediate Mine School started in 2005 when we donated 1000 lapdesks.
Creating a better environment for children
On the day of the event, it was heartbreaking to see, children laying on their stomachs, underneath a tree in extreme weather conditions in Kathu. We at R&H then decided that as a company we are committed to this school, and we want to create a better environment for these children to be taught in.
Funding of classroom for Sishen Intermediate Mine School
On the 9th March 2007 R&H Railway Consultants was proud to present a classroom to Sishen Intermediate Mine School in Kathu.
Lifetime investment
The classroom was presented to disadvantaged children who attended classes under a tree, for R&H a classroom was an ideal lifetime investment for the children in Sishen to improve the living and learning conditions at the school. Hopefully some of them will then become graduates who will contribute to the economy of South Africa, and remember that there are people (R&H) who believe in them, thus they will also make an effort to invest in the future of the children in the next generation.
In partnership with Mathote Modular Building Systems
The classroom was manufactured and transported to Sishen by Mathote Modular Building Systems, a manufacturer of prefabricated buildings, with factories on the East Rand and in Polokwane. Mathote has delivered more than 250 classrooms to the Department of Education in Limpopo, Gauteng and the Free State. Apart from training rooms and classrooms, the company, also makes industrial units, including site accommodation, ablution facilities and offices for both rental and sale.
Committed to supporting black empowerment
Mathote is an Empowered Venture and is 50% women-owned business initiative, as we at R&H are committed to supporting black owned businesses and ultimately growing the economy of South Africa.

On behalf of Netsurit, this is just a quick note to say thank you for your wonderfully generous donation to our annual "Feed The Kids" day held on Saturday 14th April.
Your kindness and generosity was sincerely appreciated by everyone involved and helped in making the day especially memorable for the children of Alexandra township.
Together with generosity from companies such as yours, we were able to fill a mountain of large black bags with clothing, blankets, toys, shoes, and other various donations. These will be donated to the Abangani Nkosini/Alexandra Children's Haven in Alexandra.
